Description:

  • Pair Selection: Choose student pairs based on academic criteria and common research interests.
  • Online Collaboration: Use online platforms for regular meetings, project discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Academic Exchange: Organize short visits where SESAME students visit GEUTEC and vice versa to strengthen collaboration and direct interaction.

  • Comparative Studies: Comparative studies of water management systems in Tunisia and Oman.
  • Research Projects: Joint research on water treatment technologies suited to each country’s climatic conditions.


2. Joint Final Year Projects Objective: Allow students to work on collaborative final year projects that benefit from the resources and expertise of both institutions.

Description:

  • Topic Definition: Choose topics relevant to both regions, such as water management, renewable energy, or sustainable infrastructure.
  • Joint Supervision: Assign professors from both universities to co-supervise the students.
  • Final Presentation: Organize online or in-person project defenses before juries composed of members from both universities.
