Le Centre technique d’aquaculture (CTA)
The Technical Center for Aquaculture (CTA) is a public economic interest establishment with legal status and financial autonomy, under the supervision of the Tunisian Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Fisheries, created in 2009 to support the national strategy for aquaculture sector development in Tunisia.
The Technical Center for Aquaculture (CTA) in Tunisia facilitates the connection between scientific research in aquaculture and the industry, focusing on efficiently transferring new knowledge and technologies from the laboratory to the pilot scale. The CTA plays a vital role in the development and sustainability of the aquaculture sector by exploring innovative opportunities within national and international cooperation programs.
